Water Cycle

In room 15 We had to get Ziplock bag and a black sharpie so we can draw a sun clouds and the ocean. Then we had to put  in the tap water.  Afterwards  we put water in our bag then we had to put food colouring in that was blue. Then we put red tape so we can stick it to a sunny window. We then waited until the water started to  evaporate into the clouds. Then the water turned into condensation before it dripped down. It collected back at the bottom of the bag. The cycle goes on and on. Evaporation: Evaporation means the process of turning from liquid into a gas from the suns heat. Condensation: Condensation means the process when the water gas in the air is changed into liquid water. Precipitation: Precipitation means  rain, snow, sleet, or hail that falls on the ground. Book Character

This book is called Pohutukawa tree. It has six facts and these are the facts. Firstly, where do Pohutukawa trees grow?  Secondly, conditions that help Pohutukawa trees grow. Thirdly, how Pohutukawa trees are home to many. Next, how it is a special tree and about how they are in danger. To conclude, the book tells us how to save Pohutukawa trees. To be honest I like this book because I love to read fact books that help me learn about new things in the world,  especially the things that I do not know yet around in the world. It makes me so curious to read and find out more.
